FAQ's

How do I order?

Ordering is easy.  Just include the customization that you would like on the item in the customization box on the product page.  Please add one item at a time to the shopping cart if you would like different customization on each item.

What if I want a custom engraving that is not shown? 

If you have a custom logo that you would like engraved, please email us with the logo and also let us know which item you would like to have this logo on.  We can send back a custom invoice for you.  

Other than custom logos, we can personalize an item with any text you would like.  For example, if the knife listing shows an engraving of "I Love You More" on it, you can still purchase this listing and just request to have your own custom engraving on it.  

How long does it take to receive a customized gift?  

Most items ship within 3 business days and a lot of times we are able to ship the personalized item out the same day.  During busy holidays or wedding season, it may take up to 5 business days for us to ship out your item.  Once shipped, shipping takes 2-5 business days.  If you need faster service, please contact us and we will make sure you receive your items on time :)

How much does it cost to personalize? 

Personalization is FREE!  We do NOT up-charge per letter or per word and our pricing includes personalization.  The only time you may have to pay extra for pesonalization is if you want an item to include double personalization - meaning that the front and back of an item may be personalized.  In this case, we have to set up two separate templates to personalize an item and may have to charge more for the 2nd personalization.

Where do you ship from? 

All of our items are personalized and shipped from Texas, USA. 

Can we pick up in store? 

Yes, we have a store at 6100 Colleyville Blvd, Suite 130, Colleyville, Texas 76034.  Please contact us before you order and we will make sure that you are not charged for shipping.  Pick up is by appointment only, the store front is not open to the public.  

What happens after I order?

We will send out a confirmation email with your order receipt.  At this point changes cannot be made to the order.  A lot of times we start working on the orders immediately after purchase.  Once the items are made, we will print the shipping label and you will receive an email with the tracking number.  When you receive the tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for the item to start tracking.  If the mail carrier already picked up that day, the package may not go out until the next day.  

Can I return an item? 

Because of the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns.  Every item is custom made just for you and for this reason we cannot accept returns.

The personalization is incorrect, what do I do? 

Please email us within 24 hours of receiving the item and please send an image. If we incorrectly personalized the item, we will immediately replace it for you.

Can I send in my own item to be personalized?

We currently are not able to personalize items other than our products.
